Patio Magic can also be used as an effective pre-paint fungicidal wash. With no tiresome scrubbing or pressure washing, it is really easy to use; just dilute, apply and leave to dry. It is biodegradable, bleach free, and acid free, and children and pets need not be excluded from treated areas once dry.
